New for 2008, the APA is piloting this online community system to encourage members to build and participate in online relationships with their peers. This site can be used to facilitate online communications through forums and blogs at no charge to the member.
Currently, we are conducting a closed pilot to test the features of the forum system. Once complete, we will open the forums to all members and accept requests for forum topics and groups directly from members. We hope that members will find this system more capable than the existing list server. By using online forums, each conversation is maintained within a logical forum thread allowing users to pick and choose which content they wish to review and participate in quickly and easily.
