I think that this could permit work on prevention too, from the moment when a comprehensive treatment would permit to have the greater variety of pathological problems under treatment. Many times patients do not receive the treatment they need because some of their problems (e.g., schizophrenia and alcoholism) can&amp;#39; t be treated as a whole.&lt;/p&gt;
