At the same time I wander about hoe the physicians dictating those standars manage to discuss and document "all" that's recommended, in a ten to fifiteen minute appointtment.

I would like to know how they do it so we can all learn.

If a large state like CA goes down, the rest will fold very rapidly because CA has always been the harbinger of bad things. CA was the first state to have HMO's. We will not be able to make a living! I don't know about you, but it's tough enough paying back loans and treating demanding and difficult patients. To not be able to make a living will really take the cake. Please advocate and be more involved! I don't think there's a more important issue out there for us to worry about right now. By the way, I live in NY.
